Purpose of This Position
The purpose of this position is to Rent out Vacant Units by the experience of generating qualified leads & closing the deals.
Responsibilities
· Generate a minimum of twenty(20) qualified leads per month.
· Develop and execute lead generation strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
· Maintain exceptional spoken and written English communication with all prospects.
· Qualify, nurture, and convert prospects into signed tenants.
· Close deals through effective sales and relationship-building skills.
· Manage and optimize customer acquisition costs (CAC) and marketing budgets.
· Evaluate marketing initiatives based on cost, performance, and return on investment (ROI).
· Coordinate with On-Site Managers, Leasing Managers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
· Track lead performance, conversion rates, and marketing effectiveness.
· Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and leasing activities
