Job Description – QC Engineer (Client Quality Inspection)
Position: QC Engineer (Client Quality Inspection)
Educational Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
Certification: Certification in ISO 9001, Quality Management Systems, NDT, or Internal Auditor will be an added advantage.
Location: Waghodia GIDC, Vadodara, Gujarat
Experience: 2–5 Years
Shift: 12 Hr
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Purpose
To represent the company during client inspections by ensuring manufactured products comply with customer specifications, quality standards, and contractual requirements. The role involves coordinating with clients, inspection agencies, production, and quality teams to ensure successful inspection and timely product acceptance.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare inspection plans and coordinate client inspection schedules.
- Review customer specifications, inspection checklists, drawings, and quality documents.
- Conduct and coordinate client, third-party, and final inspections.
- Ensure products comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
- Prepare inspection reports, test reports, and documentation for client approval.
- Monitor inspection results and resolve client observations or non-conformities.
- Verify quality records and ensure all inspection documents are complete before dispatch.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues.
- Coordinate with Production and QA teams to ensure timely closure of inspection observations and continuous quality improvement.
