Radiss has an immediate need for a Lead Generation Specialist. This role will be responsible for generating qualified sales leads for Sales Managers.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Pipeline generation: Generates sales leads within a targeted market via research and cold calling.
- Uses the telephone and email as tools to contact potential and existing customers.
- Account research, understanding organizational structure; identifying decision makers.
- Provides technical information and collateral material about our services.
- Qualifying potential customer: preliminary needs analysis, securing appointments, F2F meetings or/and web presentations.
- Working with Technology Services teams to understand service offering, features and deliverables.
- Increasing volume of quality leads; providing smooth transition to Sales. Lead qualification and Lead nurturing.
Qualification :
- MBA degree in international Marketing or equivalent.
- 1+ year sales lead generation experience preferably selling IT Infrastructure Services or high end technology solutions.
- Experience prospecting and securing new accounts.
- Ability to navigate large enterprises to find key contacts and motivate decision makers to use and/or find out more about Radiss solutions.
- Good Understanding of Business & Technical Concepts.
- Ability to handle objections and handle gatekeepers.
- Strong desire and ability to quickly learn new technologies and clearly articulate value proposition.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter, high energy, aggressive and results oriented.
- Team player with ability to work independently.
- Strong PC and CRM skills.
Candidate should be willing to work either in India / US Time zone or an overlap
