Mexmon is a leading real estate developer with multiple ongoing residential and commercial projects across Punjab. We are looking for a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant to join our finance team and support the financial operations across our project portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounting and financial reporting for multiple real estate projects simultaneously
- Prepare and finalize project-wise P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Handle GST compliance, TDS, RERA-related financial filings, and other statutory compliances specific to the real estate sector
- Monitor project costing, budgeting, and variance analysis for ongoing construction projects
- Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for project financing, working capital management, and loan documentation
- Liaise with auditors (internal/statutory) and ensure timely completion of audits
- Track collections from customers, builder-buyer agreements, and payment schedules
- Ensure compliance with RERA, Income Tax, GST, and Companies Act provisions
- Prepare MIS reports for management on project profitability and fund flow
- Supervise a team of accountants/junior finance staff handling day-to-day bookkeeping
- Support land acquisition, joint development agreements, and collaboration accounting where applicable
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – mandatory
- 3–8 years of post-qualification experience, with prior experience in a real estate/construction company strongly preferred, especially one managing multiple simultaneous projects
- Sound knowledge of RERA compliance, real estate accounting standards, and project-based costing
- Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax as applicable to real estate transactions
- Proficiency in Tally/SAP/ERP systems commonly used in real estate accounting
- Excellent MS Excel skills for financial modeling and reporting
- Strong analytical, communication, and team management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple project accounts in parallel
Preferred
- Prior experience with real estate companies operating specifically in Punjab or nearby regions (familiarity with local regulatory/registration processes is a plus)
- Experience liaising with local RERA authorities, sub-registrar offices, and municipal bodie
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
