About Role:
We are seeking a highly competent and reliable Personal Assistant to provide exceptional support to our leadership team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, expert in Excel, and a mature demeanor to handle confidential information with discretion. This role requires someone with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Communication:
- Draft MOM, emails, memos, reports, and other correspondence with precision and professionalism.
- Ensure effective verbal communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
Excel Proficiency:
- Utilize Excel to manage data, generate reports, and streamline processes efficiently.
- Proficiency in creating spreadsheets, formulas, and charts for data analysis and tracking.
Follow-ups and Coordination:
- Conduct timely follow-ups on action items, commitments, and deadlines.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with attention to detail and efficiency.
Meeting Management:
- Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
- Record accurate minutes during meetings and promptly distribute them to relevant stakeholder
- Redraft meeting notes quickly and accurately, capturing key points and action items.
Confidentiality:
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information and documents.
- Exercise discretion and sound judgment in all interactions and tasks.
Education, Required Skills & Work Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role for 1-2 years.
- Excellent MS-Excel Skills, Calendar Management, Communication skills (Verbal & Written),
- MOMs, Emails Drafting

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
