We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to generate leads, engage with potential clients, demonstrate our software solutions, and convert prospects into customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Contact potential customers and schedule product demonstrations.
- Present and explain MIT software products to prospects.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM software.
- Coordinate with marketing and technical teams for client onboarding.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and sales processes.
- Good presentation and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online communication tools.
Qualification
- Any Bachelor's Degree (BBA, B.Com, BCA, MBA, or equivalent preferred).
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
- Experience in software, SaaS, IT services, or EdTech sales is an added advantage.
