- Curriculum Execution: Delivering subject matter according to established educational guidelines and standards.
- Lesson Preparation: Creating engaging daily lesson plans, developing visual aids, and organizing classroom materials.

2. Assessment & Grading
- Evaluating Progress: Creating, administering, and grading assignments, quizzes, and exams.
- Feedback: Providing constructive feedback to help students understand their mistakes and improve.
- Reporting: Documenting student performance and maintaining accurate attendance and grading records. [1, 2]
3. Classroom Management
- Environment: Establishing clear rules, routines, and a safe, respectful, and inclusive physical classroom environment.
- Behavior Management: De-escalating conflicts and handling discipline fairly and consistently. [1, 2, 3, 4]
4. Communication & Collaboration
- Parent-Teacher Relations: Hosting periodic meetings and maintaining open lines of communication with parents regarding academic or behavioral updates.
- Staff Collaboration: Working alongside school administration, counselors, and fellow educators to support overall school operations. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
5. Pastoral Care & Mentorship
- Holistic Growth: Acting as a role model and guiding students in their emotional, social, and cognitive development.
