We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive to connect with potential customers, generate leads, and promote company products/services over calls. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities
- Explain products/services and handle customer queries professionally
- Follow up with clients for sales and feedback
- Maintain customer database and call records
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth customer handling
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Prior telecalling/telesales experience will be preferred
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
