About the Role
Goeld Frozen Foods is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Time Keeper – HR to manage workforce attendance, labour operations, contractor coordination, and payroll support activities at our manufacturing facility in Raipur. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in time office functions, labour management, contractor handling, and statutory compliance support within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities
Time Office & Attendance Management
- Maintain and monitor daily labour attendance, shift schedules, overtime records, and leave management.
- Ensure accurate attendance data through biometric systems, registers, and ERP/software platforms.
- Prepare daily and monthly manpower reports for management review.
- Track absenteeism and coordinate with departments for workforce planning.
Labour Management
- Manage day-to-day labour management activities within the plant.
- Coordinate with production and operations teams for effective labour allocation as per shift and production requirements.
- Ensure adequate manpower availability across departments.
- Address labour-related concerns and maintain harmonious industrial relations.
Contractor Handling
- Coordinate with labour contractors for workforce deployment and attendance verification.
- Manage end-to-end contractor handling, including onboarding, documentation, and compliance tracking.
- Verify contractor attendance records and manpower deployment reports.
- Ensure contractors comply with labour laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Contractor Bills & Payroll Support
- Verify and process contractor bills based on approved attendance and manpower deployment.
- Assist in monthly payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, leave records, and wage calculations.
- Provide payroll assistance by coordinating with HR and Accounts teams for timely salary processing.
- Reconcile labour payments and maintain supporting records.
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain employee and contractor records, attendance registers, and statutory documentation.
- Support compliance related to Contract Labour Act, Minimum Wages Act, ESIC, PF, and other applicable labour laws.
- Assist during labour inspections, audits, and compliance reviews.
- Ensure proper record-keeping and timely submission of required reports.
Reporting & MIS
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly HR and manpower MIS reports.
- Analyze attendance trends, manpower utilization, and labour productivity data.
- Maintain accurate HR databases and workforce records.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience in Time Office, Plant HR, Labour Management, or Industrial HR.
- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, food processing, or industrial setup preferred.
- Strong knowledge of attendance management, contractor management, and labour laws.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, payroll systems, and HRMS/ERP software.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
