About the role:
We’re looking for someone who can initiate, manage, and execute partnerships with prior experience in the same domain.
This is not a passive role.
You’ll be working on real conversations, real collaborations, and real outcomes.
What You’ll Do
· Reach out to colleges, communities, and potential partners
· Initiate conversations and schedule meetings
· Drive and support closing collaborations and partnerships
· Coordinate on-ground and virtual executions
· Maintain daily tracking of outreach, follow-ups, and responses
· Work closely with the team to ensure targets are met
What We Expect
· Strong communication skills (calls + messages)
· Prior experience in partnerships / outreach / institutional tie-ups
· Ability to handle rejections and consistent follow-ups
· Willingness to take feedback and improve quickly
· Basic understanding of outreach, coordination, and execution
· High ownership and accountability

Ideal Candidate
· Has experience working with colleges/institutions or partnerships
· Comfortable with on-ground execution
· Can manage conversations and drive outcomes independently
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
