About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our recruitment team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to build a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. The intern will work remotely and will be required to visit our Ghaziabad office once a month for meetings, training, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities.
- Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Assist in employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring updates.
Requirements
- Graduate or pursuing graduation in any discipline.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
- Interest in Recruitment and Human Resources.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Own laptop and stable internet connection preferred.
