Role Overview
We are hiring a Tech Support Executive who will work closely with our international clients to provide seamless technical assistance. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and capable of handling real-time support queries related to POS systems, mobile apps, and web platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support via email, chat, and voice calls to overseas clients
- Troubleshoot issues related to POS systems, restaurant software, mobile apps, and dashboards
- Assist clients with onboarding, setup, and day-to-day operational queries
- Maintain detailed logs of issues, resolutions, and follow-ups in ticketing systems
- Escalate complex technical issues to development teams with proper documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams (Laravel backend, Flutter apps, QA) for faster resolution
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and adherence to SLA timelines
Required Skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English (mandatory)
- Strong communication and client-handling skills (especially international clients)
- Basic understanding of:
- Web applications
- Mobile applications
- Cloud-based systems
- Good troubleshooting and analytical thinking ability
- Familiarity with support tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar (preferred)
Preferred Experience (High Priority)
- Prior experience in Hospitality industry software
- Hands-on exposure to POS systems (Restaurant / Retail)
- Understanding of:
- Billing workflows
- Order management systems
- Payment integrations
- Inventory management
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
