We are hiring Business Development Associates for CollCrew.
Role:
- Call and interact with students
- Understand their requirements
- Guide them in choosing the right course and college
- Convert leads into admissions
Work Support:
- CRM system will be provided
- Student leads/data will be provided
Requirements:
- Good communication (Tamil / English)
- Comfortable speaking with students
- Immediate joiners preferred
Salary:
- ₹15,000 stipend + ₹10,000 incentives
- Full-time: ₹3 LPA + ₹1 LPA variable
Location:
Chennai (Urapakkam)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
