Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls and provide accurate information.
- Understand customer requirements and resolve queries professionally.
- Handle complaints and provide timely solutions.
- Explain products, services, offers, and processes clearly.
- Follow up with existing and interested customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Generate leads through customer interactions.
- Convert interested customers into sales.
- Maintain customer details and interaction records.
- Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams when required.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Meet assigned performance and incentive goals.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent Hindi communication skills.
- Confident and professional communication.
- Good customer-handling and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
