- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications
- Draft and post job advertisements across job portals, social media, and other relevant platforms
- Source candidates through databases, job portals, employee referrals, and networking
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process
- Prepare offer letters and assist in salary negotiations when required
- Coordinate the onboarding process with relevant departments
- Maintain recruitment reports and metrics for analysis and improvement
- Ensure all recruitment practices align with company policies and employment laws
