Job Summary
The HR Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing all human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, training & development, and HR administration. The role ensures a productive, compliant, and positive work environment while supporting the organization's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Selection
- Plan and execute recruitment activities for all departments.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate final selection.
- Manage employee onboarding and induction programs.
Employee Relations
- Foster a positive workplace culture and maintain employee engagement.
- Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and code of conduct.
- Promote teamwork and effective communication across departments.
Performance Management
- Coordinate employee performance appraisal processes.
- Monitor employee KPIs and performance improvement plans.
- Support department heads in setting performance goals.
- Recommend promotions, transfers, and employee development initiatives.
Training & Development
- Identify training needs across departments.
- Organize internal and external training programs.
- Maintain training records and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Support leadership development initiatives.
Payroll & Attendance
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
- Verify overtime, incentives, and deductions.
- Ensure timely salary processing with the finance department.
- Maintain accurate employee attendance records.
HR Administration
- Maintain employee personnel files and HR documentation.
- Prepare employment contracts, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience certificates.
- Update HR policies and employee handbook.
- Manage employee records while ensuring confidentiality.
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, leave, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain statutory registers and records.
- Support internal and external compliance audits.
Employee Engagement
- Organize employee welfare activities, celebrations, and recognition programs.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys.
- Develop initiatives to improve retention and morale.
Reporting
- Prepare monthly HR reports, including:
- Recruitment status
- Employee turnover
- Attendance and leave analysis
- Training reports
- HR KPI dashboards
- Present HR insights and recommendations to management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management preferred.
- Certification in HR or Labour Law is an added advantage.
Experience
- 1-3 years of HR experience, including at least 1 year in a managerial role.
- Experience in retail, FMCG, cosmetics, or multi-location organizations is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
