We are looking for an experienced CNC Turret Punching Programmer to join our sheet metal fabrication team. The candidate should have hands-on experience in programming and operating AMADA AE2510NT CNC Turret Punch. The ideal candidate must be able to read engineering drawings, prepare optimized CNC programs, select tooling, and ensure quality production with minimum material wastage.
Key Responsibilities
- Create CNC programs for AMADA AE2510NT Turret Punch Machine.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, DXF files, and production drawings.
- Prepare nesting and optimize sheet utilization.
- Select appropriate punch tools and maintain turret tool library.
- Perform machine setup, tooling alignment, and first-piece inspection.
- Optimize punching sequence to improve productivity and reduce cycle time.
- Monitor production quality and ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Troubleshoot programming and machine-related issues.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth workflow.
- Maintain production records and follow 5S and safety standards.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
