About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth, generate leads, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Handle sales presentations, meetings, and negotiations
- Convert inquiries into successful business/admissions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for business growth
- Maintain client database and sales reports
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Follow up with prospects and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office tools
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
- Prior experience in sales/business development is preferred
