Job Summary
HMBS Textiles Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead the company's marketing initiatives for geosynthetics, geotechnical engineering solutions, and infrastructure products. The candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, generating business opportunities, strengthening brand presence, supporting sales growth, and managing digital and offline marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy
- Develop and implement annual marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
- Create strategies to increase brand visibility and market share.
- Identify new business opportunities, industries, and target markets.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify emerging trends.
Brand Management
- Build and maintain a strong corporate brand image.
- Ensure consistency in all marketing communications and promotional materials.
- Manage company brochures, presentations, catalogs, and product literature.
Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage company website and social media platforms.
- Coordinate SEO, Google Ads, email marketing, and online branding activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI.
Business Development Support
- Work closely with the Sales team to generate qualified leads.
- Develop marketing campaigns for infrastructure projects, government departments, consultants, contractors, and private clients.
- Support proposal preparation, client presentations, and promotional activities.
Events & Exhibitions
- Plan and organize trade exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and client engagement programs.
- Coordinate promotional events and product launches.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking platforms.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, architects, government agencies, and key clients.
- Collect customer feedback to improve products and services.
- Support customer retention initiatives.
Market Research & Reporting
- Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Prepare monthly marketing reports, campaign analysis, and MIS.
- Track marketing KPIs and recommend improvements.
Team Management
- Lead and mentor the marketing team.
- Coordinate with Sales, Design, Tendering, and Technical departments.
- Allocate tasks and monitor team performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in construction, geosynthetics, infrastructure, building materials, or engineering industries.
- Experience in B2B marketing is mandatory.
