Job Title: Telesales Executive / Inside Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Execute high-volume outbound calls using an IVR system to reach prospective clients and pitch services/products.
- Sales Conversations: Engage prospects in meaningful, persuasive conversations, understand their requirements, effectively handle objections, and close sales.
- Lead Management: Track, nurture, and manage leads effectively through the entire sales pipeline to ensure high conversion rates.
- Omnichannel Outreach: Utilize WhatsApp Business API for targeted customer outreach, automated follow-ups, and sharing promotional materials.
- CRM Management: Accurately update and maintain prospect data, call logs, follow-up schedules, and sales statuses within the CRM software.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily call targets and monthly revenue goals.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience in telesales, BPO, or inside sales. (Highly motivated freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply).
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with or quick ability to learn CRM platforms, IVR dialer systems, and WhatsApp Business API tools.
- Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of lead management and a natural ability to steer a conversation toward a successful close.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, and confident telephone etiquette.
- Language: Fluency in Hindi and English.
