Operational Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of branch operations, including scheduling, curriculum delivery, student services, and faculty management.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of faculty members, administrative staff, and support staff. Conduct regular meetings to discuss performance, issues, and goals.
Student Enrollment: Develop strategies to attract and retain students. Drive the admission process, including counseling and follow-ups with prospective students and parents.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the academic performance of students. Ensure that teaching standards are met and suggest improvements where necessary.
Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with students and parents. Address their concerns and queries promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and revenue management for the branch. Ensure that the branch meets financial targets.
Marketing and Branding: Work with the marketing team to implement strategies that increase brand awareness and attract new students to the institute.
Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain high standards of quality in education delivery.
