Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor civil construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Supervise site activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
- Review technical drawings, BOQs, material specifications, and contractor submissions.
- Manage procurement requirements and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
- Identify project risks, resolve technical issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining cost efficiency and quality.
- Attend project meetings and provide technical support to stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation, records, and compliance reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 3–6 years of experience in civil construction project execution.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, project management principles, and quality control processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, billing, and contract management.
- Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
