We are looking for a skilled and experienced Technician / Technical Engineer / Service Executive to handle installation support and after-sales service for gym equipment under Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
The candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing fitness equipment at client sites, ensuring smooth operation and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site service, maintenance, and repair of gym equipment
- Handle AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) service visits
- Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions
- Coordinate with clients for service scheduling and follow-ups
- Maintain service records and reports
- Assist in installation and setup when required
Requirements:
- Experience in gym equipment / fitness equipment servicing (preferred)
- Technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- ITI / Diploma / Engineering background preferred
- Ability to travel locally for service visits
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
