## Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled IT Support Engineer/System Administrator to manage and support our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, Microsoft 365, server administration, cybersecurity, VoIP solutions, and firewalls. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization's IT systems while providing timely technical support to users.
## Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems, desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Configure and manage routers, switches, Wi-Fi networks, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN connections.
- Administer Microsoft 365 (Office 365) and Google Workspace, including user account management, email configuration, licensing, and troubleshooting.
- Manage Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, file sharing, user permissions, backups, and system maintenance.
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity best practices, including endpoint protection, multi-factor authentication (MFA), antivirus, and security policies.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot firewalls, NAT, VPNs, and network security rules.
- Support and maintain dialer systems and troubleshoot telephony-related issues.
- Administer and support VoIP/PBX platforms such as 3CX, Asterisk, FreePBX, Cisco CUCM, Avaya, RingCentral, Zoom Phone, or Microsoft Teams Phone.
- Monitor IT infrastructure performance and ensure maximum uptime.
- Maintain technical documentation, asset inventory, and standard operating procedures.
- Provide technical support to end users through remote and onsite assistance.
## Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and desktop support.
- Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Routers, Switches).
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration.
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and endpoint security.
- Experience configuring and managing firewalls.
- Knowledge of dialer systems and VoIP/PBX platforms.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer support abilities.
## Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud services such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies (Hyper-V/VMware).
- IT certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco (CCNA), CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or equivalent are an added advantage.
## Experience
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in IT Support, System Administration, or Network Administration.
## Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
## Working Days
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
