We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing quality candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client hiring requirements and job specifications.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
- Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and job fit.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with clients and candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Prepare and share candidate profiles with clients.
- Manage offer negotiation and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Achieve monthly recruitment targets and maintain hiring quality.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
