We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to manage customer interactions and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and providing excellent customer service through calls, emails, and messages.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Respond to customer queries and resolve complaints effectively.
Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
Provide information about products and services.
Follow up with customers regarding their requests or issues.
Maintain records of customer interactions in the system.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Ability to work in a team environment
