We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support the Human Resources team in managing daily HR operations at the factory. The intern will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, attendance management, onboarding, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Support employee onboarding and induction processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in attendance, leave, and shift-related data management.
- Coordinate with various departments for manpower requirements.
- Help organize employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Support statutory compliance documentation and audits.
- Prepare HR reports and employee data updates.
- Assist in maintaining personnel files and HR databases.
- Handle general HR administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to work in a factory/manufacturing environment.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
