Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic, mobile Field Marketing Executive - For Stationary Shop to expand our market footprint. You will be responsible for driving sales and brand awareness by visiting retail partners and securing custom paper packaging contracts. This is a "hands-on" role requiring technical knowledge of paper products and a hunter’s instinct for new business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Retail Network Development
- Store Visits: Conduct regular field visits to retail outlets to ensure our stationery products are prominently displayed and stocked.
- Merchandising: Implement visual merchandising standards at partner stores to maximize consumer "grab-and-go" appeal.
- Market Intelligence: Collect real-time feedback from retail staff and customers regarding stationery trends and competitor pricing.
2. Paper Packaging Solutions (B2B)
- On-Site Consulting: Visit corporate clients, bakeries, luxury brands, and manufacturers to pitch bespoke paper packaging (bags, boxes, wrapping).
- Technical Sampling: Present physical samples and explain technical specs (GSM, texture, eco-coatings, and durability) to procurement managers.
- Custom Quotes: Coordinate with the production team to provide accurate on-site quotes for bulk packaging orders.
3. Lead Generation & Territory Growth
- Identify and "cold-walk" into potential new B2B accounts within the assigned territory.
- Organize and represent the brand at local trade fairs, stationery expos, and craft markets.
- Build a pipeline of recurring orders for both standard stationery and custom packaging.
Candidate Profile:
Requirement Specification
Experience: 2–4 years in Field Sales or Marketing specifically within the paper, printing, or stationery industry.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Paper Packaging (corrugated, kraft, art paper) and retail supply chains.
Communication: Ability to pitch to small shop owners and corporate procurement heads with equal ease.
Logistics: Must possess a valid driver’s license and own a vehicle for daily field travel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
