As we expand our team, we are looking for passionate and dedicated Academic Mentors for French language to inspire and support our students on their learning journey.
Role Overview:
As a French Academic Mentor, you will provide personalized support to students learning French as a second or third language. Your role will involve improving student's language skills—reading, writing, speaking, and listening—through engaging and interactive sessions that foster a genuine love for the French language and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-to-one French tutoring sessions tailored to each student's level and needs.
- Build strong relationships with students to boost their confidence and language skills.
- Plan and prepare lessons that are engaging, effective, and aligned with curriculum goals.
- Support students with vocabulary building, grammar, pronunciation, and conversational practice.
- Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and suggest areas for improvement.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about student performance and growth.
- Stay updated with best practices in French language education.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in French (B2 level or higher preferred).
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Prior teaching or tutoring experience in French (preferred but not mandatory).
- A passion for education, mentoring, and helping students succeed.
- Patient, empathetic, and adaptable to different learning styles.
- Ability to create a positive and motivating learning environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in French, Language Studies, Education, or related fields.
- Certification in French (like DELF/DALF) is a plus.
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
