Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Fabricator/Welder with extensive experience in stainless steel fabrication, moulding, bending, forming, and precision fabrication. The candidate will be responsible for independently handling complex fabrication projects and guiding junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead fabrication and welding activities for stainless steel products and assemblies.
- Interpret engineering drawings, fabrication layouts, and specifications.
- Perform advanced TIG, MIG, and SS welding with high-quality finishes.
- Handle sheet metal fabrication, moulding, bending, rolling, and forming operations.
- Fabricate complex components while maintaining dimensional accuracy and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot fabrication and welding issues and recommend process improvements.
- Supervise and train junior fabricators and welders.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and production requirements.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering teams to achieve project objectives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in stainless steel fabrication and welding.
- Strong expertise in SS sheet metal work, moulding, bending, forming, and assembly.
- Ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings.
- Experience in operating fabrication equipment and workshop machinery.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Expertise in precision fabrication and architectural metal products.
- Experience in jig and fixture fabrication.
- Knowledge of quality inspection standards and fabrication best practices.
- Ability to mentor and develop fabrication team members.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
