We are a growing South Asian fashion retail brand based in Bahrain (lehengas, shalwar kameez, sarees, sherwanis and more), selling in-store and online. We are hiring a talented Social Media Manager to own our online presence and grow our brand across Instagram, WhatsApp and our website.
This is a full-time, on-site role in Bahrain. We will support relocation for the right candidate.
What you'll do:
- Create content: photograph, film and edit product posts, Reels and stories
- Plan and run a professional photoshoot every week (coordinating models and photographers)
- Manage Instagram and WhatsApp — respond to customers within 1 hour during business hours
- Process online orders: confirm, pack and dispatch
- List new products on our website and write SEO blog content
- Use AI tools to work faster and produce more high-quality content
- Track performance and report to the owner
What we're looking for:
- Strong eye for fashion content and visual storytelling
- Experience managing Instagram growth and engagement (not just posting)
- Confident creating and editing photo/video content
- Able to plan photoshoots and direct models/photographers
- Comfortable using AI tools for content, editing and planning
- Excellent written English; Hindi or Arabic a strong plus
- Reliable, organised and responsive
Nice to have:
- Experience in fashion or e-commerce
- Familiarity with Odoo/Shopify, basic SEO and video editing
