We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive who can take ownership of our marketing strategy and execution. The ideal candidate should be a thinker + executor, capable of driving both brand building and lead generation across online and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing strategies
* Drive school acquisition campaigns (B2B marketing)
* Build and manage digital marketing funnels (Meta, Google, Email, WhatsApp)
* Oversee content strategy (social media, brochures, website, campaigns)
* Strengthen brand positioning of NELTAS in the education ecosystem
* Plan and execute events, workshops, and school engagement activities
* Coordinate with sales team to improve lead quality and conversion
* Analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI
* Manage external agencies/vendors (design, ads, content)
Key Requirements
* 3 years of experience in marketing (preferably B2B or education sector)
* Strong understanding of digital marketing + offline marketing
* Experience in lead generation and campaign management
* Ability to build systems and processes, not just execute tasks
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Data-driven mindset with focus on measurable outcome
