About the Role
Growthstrap is looking for a sharp, energetic, detail-oriented, and ambitious CA Intern to support our finance, accounting, taxation, compliance, and business-related activities.
This is an opportunity to gain practical exposure to accounting, GST, TDS, financial reporting, compliance, audits, and day-to-day finance operations while working closely with the management and finance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
- Assist in preparation and review of financial statements and reports.
- Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Assist with bookkeeping, reconciliations, and accounting entries.
- Support audit and documentation requirements.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports and financial analysis.
- Review invoices, expenses, and financial records.
- Assist with tax-related research and compliance work.
- Coordinate with internal teams for financial information and documentation.
- Maintain proper records and supporting documents.
- Assist management with finance-related analysis and requirements.
- Perform research and other assignments as required.
Requirements
- CA Intermediate / CA Student pursuing articleship or practical training.
- Strong interest in accounting, taxation, audit, and finance.
- Good knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional and well-maintained appearance.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have a personal laptop.
