Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or
a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
effectively.
Proficiency in Excel.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with
professionalism.
Positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to a collaborative team
environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes,
and scheduling interviews.
2. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork,
conducting orientations, and facilitating training sessions.
3. Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records,
updating databases, and generating reports.
4. Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, including organizing events,
surveys, and recognition programs.
5. Assist with performance management processes, including gathering feedback,
tracking performance metrics, and supporting performance appraisal cycles.
6. Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and initiatives related to
talent development, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
7. Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and employment laws to ensure
compliance and contribute innovative ideas to improve HR processes
