Position: Study Abroad Counsellor
Key Responsibilities
- Student Counselling
- Guide students in selecting suitable countries, universities, and courses based on their academic background, career goals, and budget.
- Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to assess student profiles and eligibility.
- University Admissions
- Assist students with university selection and application procedures.
- Review academic documents and ensure accurate submission of applications.
- Follow up with universities regarding admission status and offers.
- Visa Guidance
- Provide comprehensive visa counselling and documentation support.
- Prepare students for visa interviews and ensure compliance with embassy requirements.
- Monitor changes in visa regulations and immigration policies.
- Student Recruitment
- Generate student leads through inquiries, referrals, seminars, and educational events.
- Conduct presentations and career guidance sessions in schools, colleges, and educational institutions.
- Application Documentation
- Verify academic transcripts, certificates, financial documents, SOPs, LORs, and other required paperwork.
- Maintain accurate records of student applications and documentation.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, universities, and partner institutions.
- Provide timely updates and regular communication throughout the admission process.
- Pre-Departure Support
- Conduct pre-departure orientations covering accommodation, travel, insurance, and cultural adaptation.
- Assist students with enrollment and travel arrangements.
- Sales and Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly and annual student enrollment targets.
- Convert inquiries into successful admissions and visa approvals.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Salary: Best in the industry +yearly 2 Bonus+ Incentive
Time: 9.30 to 5.30
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
