Role & Responsibilities:
As a Senior Jewellery Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Understanding Customer Needs: Engage with customers to understand their jewellery preferences and requirements, providing personalized recommendations based on their tastes and budgets.
- Product Showcase: Present a wide range of jewel products and designs, highlighting their unique features and suitability for each customer.
- Pricing and Transaction Handling: Accurately calculate product selling value, handle pricing discussions, and manage monetary transactions with care.
- Product Knowledge Development: Stay updated on the latest gold jewellery trends, terminologies, and industry insights to provide expert consultation.
- Customer Relationship Building: Build trust and long-term relationships with customers through engaging discussions and excellent service.
- Stock Management: Maintain jewellery stock, ensure proper record-keeping, and uphold the highest standards of safety and security.
- Training & Development: Actively attend training sessions and skill development programs for Jewel Consultant promotions and personal growth.
- Assistance to Jewel Consultants: Support the jewellery consultants by fetching the right products to service the customer

Work Location: Coimbatore
Educational Qualification: A Graduate who is interested to build a career in Jewellery business. Minimum 3-10 years experience is required, Training will be provided
