Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, printers, and network devices. Monitor system performance and ensure smooth IT operations. Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions. Maintain internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, LAN, and network security. Install and update operating systems, antivirus software, and applications. Perform regular system backups and data recovery processes. Monitor and maintain CCTV systems, biometric devices, and smart classroom systems if applicable. Ensure data security and protection against cyber threats. Coordinate with vendors for hardware servicing and IT purchases. Maintain IT inventory and documentation. Support staff during online meetings, presentations, and digital learning activities. Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
