Job Summary
Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance is hiring a motivated and result-oriented Team Leader to lead, support, and develop a team of insurance advisors. Fresh graduates with strong leadership potential and experienced professionals from the insurance, BFSI, or sales industry are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, guide, and motivate a team of insurance advisors.
- Train team members on products, sales techniques, and company processes.
- Drive individual and team sales performance to achieve business targets.
- Generate new business through customer acquisition and lead conversion.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Monitor team productivity and provide ongoing support to improve performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI guidelines.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Collaborate with branch management to achieve business objectives.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
- Freshers with strong communication and leadership skills can apply.
- Experience in Insurance, BFSI, Sales, or Team Handling will be an added advantage.
- IRDAI certification is preferred but not mandatory.
