- Search and monitor government and private tender portals for relevant opportunities.
- Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, and technical specifications.
- Prepare, compile, and submit technical and commercial bids.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect required documents and information.
- Ensure all tender submissions comply with client requirements and company policies.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, bid status, and supporting documentation.
- Track tender results and follow up with clients regarding bid outcomes.
- Prepare EMD, Bank Guarantees, affidavits, declarations, and other statutory documents.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and government departments as required.
- Maintain a database of ongoing and upcoming tenders.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in tendering, bid management, or procurement.
- Experience with Government e-Marketplace (GeM), CPP Portal, and other e-tendering platforms is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple bids simultaneously.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
