Job description
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Assistant to support the Human Resources department in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle recruitment, employee records, and administrative tasks efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Screen resumes and maintain the candidate database.
- Support employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR files.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, letters, and other documentation.
- Address basic employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee engagement activities and company events.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
- Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresher candidates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work effectively in a team.
