Position Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and highly motivated HR & Admin professional to join our team at the Mundur branch. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent MBA graduate who is eager to launch their career in corporate HR operations, learn day-to-day dealership administration, and grow within a structured corporate environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
Core HR Operations & Onboarding
- Assist with day-to-day branch HR activities, ensuring smooth coordination with the corporate head office.
- Facilitate the joining documentation, background verification, and smooth onboarding process for new branch employees.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date physical and digital employee personnel files and records.
- Assist in tracking daily attendance, managing leave records, and preparing monthly inputs for payroll processing.
Recruitment & Sourcing Support
- Coordinate local sourcing and initial screening of candidates for open positions within the Palakkad region.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
Employee Engagement & Relations
- Act as a direct point of contact for branch employees regarding basic HR queries, fostering a collaborative work culture.
- Coordinate and execute employee engagement initiatives, festival celebrations, and team-building activities at the branch level.
Branch Administration
- Oversee daily office administration tasks to ensure smooth branch operations.
- Manage vendor coordination, handle local purchasing requirements, and oversee facility maintenance as needed.
- Support the management team with general administrative reporting and paperwork.
Key Skills and Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively across all levels.
- High enthusiasm, a strong willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to handling challenges.
- Basic understanding of core HR concepts, statutory compliance, and general administration.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
