We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars.
- Create, curate and publish engaging posts, Reels, Stories and videos.
- Write captions, social media copy and calls-to-action.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors and content creators.
- Monitor comments, messages and audience engagement.
- Track social media performance and prepare regular reports.
- Analyse reach, engagement, followers, leads and conversions.
- Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms and trending content formats.
- Research competitors and identify new content opportunities.
- Manage social media campaigns and promotions.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to generate leads and brand awareness.
- Ensure consistent brand voice, visual identity and messaging.
- Handle online reputation and respond professionally to customer queries.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Good understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
