Job Summary
We are hiring an entrepreneurial Vice President – Business Development to lead and grow our overseas recruitment business across an assigned region (typically 3–4 countries). The role involves full regional ownership, including client acquisition, order generation, and execution oversight, supported by an internal recruitment team, operations director, and corporate functions (marketing, finance, accounting). It's an added benefit if the candidate holds an active Schengen visa and be willing to travel extensively.
Key Responsibilities
- Own revenue growth, profitability, and client development for the assigned region.
- Generate recruitment orders through corporate leads as well as independent market development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international employers and partners.
- Negotiate manpower contracts and service agreements.
- Coordinate with internal recruiting team, operations team, and external suppliers to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- Manage end-to-end execution from manpower order receipt to candidate deployment.
- Work closely with corporate teams for lead flow, reporting, invoicing, and collections.
Team & Support Structure
The Vice President will be assigned a region with existing clients and will be supported by:
- Regional recruiters
- Operations director
- Corporate marketing team (lead generation)
- Corporate finance & accounting team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
- 5 - 8 years of experience
- Experience in overseas recruitment or international manpower business development (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong client acquisition, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage suppliers and coordinate execution teams.
- Active Schengen visa (preferred but not mandatory)
- Willingness to travel frequently.
Performance Expectations
A typical region is expected to generate approximately minimum INR 2 Crores in annual revenue, with regional expenses capped at around INR 50 Lakhs, resulting in gross profit potential of approximately INR 1.5 Crores (performance dependent).
Compensation (Variable / Entrepreneurial Model)
- Compensation is 25% of the region’s gross profit.
- For the first 6 months, the company will provide support compensation of INR 50,000 per month.
- For the first 6 months, the candidate earns the higher of: INR 50,000 per month, OR 25% of gross profit
- From the 7th month onward, compensation moves to a fully variable structure.
Note: Earnings are performance-based and depend on regional results.
