Position Summary:
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for an Assistant Manager at Coperion, responsible for managing to support day-to-day finance and accounting operations. The role involves handling routine accounting activities, statutory compliance, and supporting monthly and annual financial processes
Work You’ll Do:
- Maintain and manage day-to-day accounting entries and financial records
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
- Prepare and review ledger accounts and account reconciliations
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
- Ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections follow-up
- Support preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns
- Assist in statutory audits, internal audits, and tax assessments
- Maintain proper documentation and records for financial transactions
- Support preparation of financial statements and reports
- Handle bank reconciliations and monitor cash/bank transactions
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants/auditors
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Team:
This role will be part of the Accounts & Finance Team.
Basic Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA), CA Inter, or equivalent qualification (M. Com with relevant experience may also be considered)
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines .
- Eye for detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Team player with a proactive approach
