Job Summary
Techshore Inspection Services is looking for a dynamic and experienced Placement Officer to strengthen our placement team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in placements, recruitment, or corporate relations and possess excellent communication and networking skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with companies and recruiters.
- Coordinate placement drives, interviews, and recruitment activities.
- Assist students in securing internship and placement opportunities.
- Identify new placement partners and generate employment opportunities.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with students and employers.
- Track student placement records and maintain accurate documentation.
- Provide career guidance and interview preparation support to students.
- Collaborate with the academic team to understand students' skills and employer requirements.
- Follow up with recruiters regarding interview results and hiring status.
- Prepare placement reports and maintain placement-related databases.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in Placement, Recruitment, HR, or Corporate Relations.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/HR is an added advantage).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
