Job Description
Ofimpact Solutions is looking for motivated field marketing professionals to promote products, expand market reach, and build strong customer relationships across Odisha. The role involves field visits, product promotion, lead generation, market research, dealer and distributor engagement, and reporting field activities using digital tools.
Key Tasks
- Promote company products in assigned territories
- Visit dealers, distributors, retailers, farmers, dairy owners, and business customers
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product benefits
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Collect market feedback and competitor information
- Support sales growth and brand awareness activities
- Maintain daily reports using MS Excel and other digital tools
- Coordinate with management regarding field performance and customer requirements
Requirements
- B.Sc. Agriculture preferred
- MBA (Marketing) preferred
- Diploma in Agriculture eligible
- Animal Husbandry or related background preferred
- Fluency in Odia is mandatory
- Basic English communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and laptop operations
- Strong communication and marketing skills
- Valid 4-wheeler driving license preferred
- Experience in dairy, agriculture, livestock, animal feed, field sales, or product marketing will be an advantage
- Willingness to travel across Odisha
Preference will be given to candidates with agriculture or dairy sector experience, strong laptop skills, and field product marketing experience.
Maximum Preference: Agriculture graduates with dairy sector experience, strong Odia communication, and laptop proficiency.
