Customer Service
- Assist passengers with travel-related queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Address customer concerns, complaints, and service requests in a professional manner.
- Guide customers regarding airline policies, baggage regulations, travel documentation, and flight schedules.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service while representing the Udaan Holidays brand.
Front Desk Operations
- Manage customer interactions at the airport counter.
- Attend walk-in customers and travel agents professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams and airline representatives to ensure smooth passenger handling.
- Maintain professional appearance, counter discipline, and service standards at all times.
Airport Coordination
- Liaise with airline personnel for operational support and passenger assistance.
- Support passengers during flight delays, cancellations, rescheduling, or disruptions.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day airport operations.
- Escalate operational issues appropriately and ensure timely resolution.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
