Job Title: PGT – Accountancy and Business Studies
Location: Gateway Group of Schools
Curriculum: CBSE
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in a similar role
Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree in Commerce with B.Ed. (Mandatory)
Gateway Group of Schools is looking for a passionate and experienced PGT Accountancy teacher. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in the CBSE curriculum and possess a deep understanding of Accountancy concepts to effectively engage senior secondary students.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons aligned with the CBSE Accountancy curriculum for Grades 11 and 12.
- Prepare and implement lesson plans, assessments, and projects that promote critical thinking and application-based learning.
- Evaluate student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support school-wide academic goals and participate in faculty development programs.
- Maintain discipline and promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
Key Requirements:
- Postgraduate in Commerce (M.Com) with a B.Ed. is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in Accountancy at the PGT level under the CBSE curriculum.
- Strong subject knowledge with excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Proficiency in digital tools and platforms for blended learning is an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
