Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth for our accounting, bookkeeping, tax, payroll, and CFO services. The ideal candidate will have experience selling professional services to US-based businesses and a proven ability to generate and close new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct discovery calls and sales presentations with US-based business owners.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Prepare proposals and negotiate service agreements.
- Develop strategic partnerships and referral networks.
- Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
- Collaborate with operations teams for seamless client onboarding.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in US B2B sales or business development.
- Experience selling bookkeeping, accounting, tax, payroll, or CFO services preferred.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Experience using CRM platforms and sales automation tools.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
