About Outride India Outride India is a boutique, Bring-Your-Own-Bike (BYOB) motorcycle touring company. We curate premium, small-group weekend escapes for independent riders who want to experiences different destinations without the logistical headaches. We handle the routes, the hospitality, and the safety net so our clients can ride beyond boundaries and make another memorable trip in their books.
The Role We are looking for a level-headed, road-loving rider to join our crew as a Tour Marshal. Think of yourself as the ultimate riding buddy and the group’s safety net. Riding at the back of our bike convoys, your main job is to make sure the good vibes keep rolling and absolutely no one gets left behind.
You will help with daily trip logistics, manage the pack along with the Ride Captain. You get to spend your weekends carving through different landscapes, but it comes with real responsibility—you are there to put the clients first, solve problems on the fly, and ensure their adventure goes off without a hitch and also fueling your dream of travelling to different places.
Core Responsibilities
- Convoy Security & Marshalling: Serve as the designated anchor for the convoy. You will dictate the rear or the sweep of the convoy while on route, ensure group cohesion, and guarantee no rider is ever left unsupported.
- Rapid Roadside Triage: Act as the first responder for mechanical friction along with the Lead Captain. Execute minor roadside repairs (plugging tubeless tires, fixing snapped cables, jump-starting) within a strict 30-minute window to keep the tour on schedule.
- Crisis & Extraction Management: In the event of a major breakdown, you will secure the area, coordinate with the Lead Captain, and manage any issues while the primary group continues the route.
- Basecamp Operations & Hospitality: Assist the Lead Captain with seamless ground logistics. This includes directing clients to secure overnight parking, assisting with heavy luggage, and ensuring all motorcycles are inspected and prepped for early morning departures.
Requirements
- The Hardware: Must own a reliable, touring-capable motorcycle (200cc minimum) in excellent mechanical condition..
- The Professional Mindset: Absolute patience, emotional maturity, and a service-first attitude. Zero ego on the road—this role requires strict adherence to safety protocols and formation discipline.
- First Aid: Basic knowledge of trauma first aid (CPR, managing road rash, basic splinting) is preferred.
